Order delivery information

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of order being received (with secured funds) and sufficent stock

Standard Delivery

All orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail
- £4 per order, if order value* is less than £150
- Free per order, if order value* is more than £151
Orders should arrive within 3 days of dispatch.

Collection

You can collect from our warehouse during shop hours (10am-4pm, 7 Days).
Please phone to confirm that your order will be ready before starting your journey.
To collect outside these hours please phone to check, sometimes were in early or working late!

General information

Order before 1PM Mon-Fri to be sure of same-day despatch.
We are dependent on Royal Mail or the courier to deliver within their specified time scales. We apologise if this does happen and will do what we can to resolve the delay.
Some postcodes are harder to get to, if you happen to fall into one of these we will let you know what your revised delivery times should be. We will not charge extra.
^* Order value is the value of your order before postage & packing and after applied discounts.
You will receive email notification when your order is complete and dispatched.
We try our best to stock as many products as possible, however with such a vast range of items from numerous manufacturers this is not always possible. If your order contains items not in stock we will order these immediately from the supplier and dispatch as soon as they arrive. Usually this takes no more than 3-5 working days (Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays not included).
